As the only African-American woman majoring in Accounting in the Business School at Northern Illinois University at the time, I had a vision from the Lord that there was a gap in the beauty industry for a consulting/accounting firm that catered to creative artists. With 23 years of experience in the beauty industry, I noticed that professionals lacked the financial knowledge to stay and retire in the industry that brought them so much joy and fulfillment, allowing them to make a difference in the lives of others. It was disheartening to see licensed beauty professionals leaving the industry for more stable employment that provided health benefits and retirement. Instead of just feeling disappointed, I resolved to take action. In 2013, I started working towards building a brand that would nurture the upcoming generation of beauty industry innovators and leaders. Our goal is to provide them with the necessary resources and tools to succeed, attain generational wealth, and retire happily doing what they love. We are not your typical employer – we aim to empower our partners to eventually build their brand and company, within our network alliance.

How long do I have to decide to invest and become an investor/owner/operator and what are the steps?
Becoming an Investor Owner/Operator process/steps:
- Notify Stephanie of your interest.
- Pay the $1,000 earnest non-refundable deposit within 72 hours of the informational meeting.
- By January 31, 2024 provide proof of financial sales or earnings in the beauty industry over a 3-year period or 3 years of tax returns.
- Once the earnest deposit has been paid, you have until December 31, 2023, to gather the remaining cash/credit balance for your investment.

What if I decide I no longer want to be a partner/owner/operator?
Investment Opportunity Details:
If you invest in our locations, you will have a buy-back option at the end of year three. Your investments will earn interest at the most competitive CD rate available at the time of investment. At the end of year three, you can either receive your investments back with the accrued interest and exit the partnership, or reinvest the earnings into the next partner location and become a percentage owner. It's important to note that the expansion and development of locations will be based on the investor/owner/operator with the highest service sales volume under their team.
